Born on 12 April 1984 in Nagpur, Siddharth Dey is a scriptwriter. He came into limelight after participating in Salman Khan’s show Bigg Boss 13. Besides this, he is also an editor and cinematographer.

Early Life and Career

Born in a Bengali family, Siddharth Dey was raised in Raipur. He did engineering and has also worked as a marketing executive officer in a company in Mumbai. It was in 2014, Siddharth move to Mumbai to become an actor, but somehow became a writer. He works as a writer and cinematographer with the film and television industry in Mumbai. He initially worked as a scriptwriter for SRK live concert. Since then, there is no looking back for him.

He has done over 600 shows in collaboration with several popular business empires and singers. He has worked with Akshay Kumar on his tours and also wrote the scripts for around 700 stage programs including shows like Dance India Dance, Indian Idol, and more. Siddharth Dey has also worked with Bigg Boss 13 host Salman Khan for his films and shows.

Before making an entry to Bigg Boss 13, Siddharth was not popular. You would be surprised to know that Siddharth has also scripted a few episodes of Bigg Boss 1. He also writes the scripts of Hindustan Times Mumbai Most Stylish Awards.

Personal Life

Siddharth is also a hairstylist and tries a new hairstyle every day. He is also a fitness freak and goes to the gym to stay fit. He was introduced in the show along with other participants like TV actresses Rashmi Desai and Devollena Bhattacharjee, model Asim Riaz, and others.
