Roopal Tyagi is an Indian daily soap television actress and choreographer. She has done many serials and gained popularity as Gunjan in the daily soap opera Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke that was broadcasted on Zee TV.
She is currently seen as a contestant on Bigg boss season 9. She had also been in news for dating with her co-star Ankita Gera. Later on the couple broke up.

Early Life
Roopal Tyagi is born and brought up in Bangalore. Her date of birth is 5th October 1989. After finishing her school, she was pursuing bachelors in commerce. It was her childhood dream to become an actress. Initially her father was against her decision but then she got the support from her family. She had learnt dance from Shyamak Davar’s dance academy. She is the only child to her parents. She got an opportunity to work with Pony Verma, a famous Bollywood choreographer.
Career
Roopal made her acting debut with Hamari Betiyoon Ka Vivah in year 2008 as Mansha. After that she acted in various serials like Dil Mil Gaye, Ek Nayi Chhoti Si Zindagi. She came into lime light with Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke where she acted as Gunjan. She had earned accolades for the role. She was awarded during Zee Rishtey Awards in 2012 as favourite behen with Mahima Makwana ( played Rachna in the show).
Another award was of favourite jodi with Ankit Gera (played Mayank in the show). In 2013, Roopal was nominated as a fresh new face as Gunjan in Indian telly awards.
Roopal Tyagi has also participated in a reality TV show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa season 8 as one of the wild card entry. Other two wild card entries were Neha Marda and Anita Hassanandani. She was eliminated from the show that was judged by Malaika Arora Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Lauren Gotlieb and Ganesh Hegde.
Personal Life
Roopal Tyagi was rumoured to be dating actor Akhlaque Khan. She broke off with him on some personal issues. Later on she dated Ankit Gera who was also her co-star in Sapane Suhane Ladakpan Ke. They had also been parted away. Her current status is single. She is not dating anyone.
